Teen Driver Education
Driver's Edge offers a comprehensive driver education course for teens in accordance with state standards. Students will engage in content involving at least 240 minutes of substance abuse education, 20 minutes of railroad crossing safety, sharing the road with bicycles and motorcycles, organ donation, and vehicle maintenance to maximize efficiency and safety. Students are required to engage in 30 hours of classroom instruction, 6 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction, and 6 hours of in-car observation.

What makes Driver's Edge Special?
Driver's Edge classroom hours are student-centered and discussion-driven. Students will experience engaging classroom lessons and activities including dash cam analysis of their own driving and actions behind the wheel. Lecture will be limited and class sizes will be restricted to a maximum of 12 students.
